Hi, I’m Darcee Harris, a Healthcare IT Leader and Strategic Program Manager with a passion for supporting our society’s healers.  

 

I have a natural talent for organizing processes with sharp attention to detail while never losing sight of the human element. This has served me well in working directly with providers, clinicians, and pharmacists to optimize workflows and improve patient care.  

 

At my core, I’m an advocate and connector, always influencing forward momentum toward meaningful solutions. Or, as industry jargon might put it—a cross-functional collaborator. My ability to build strong, authentic relationships has been refined over my 27-year career by actively listening, understanding unique challenges, and working with a sense of duty to find the right solutions. Trust, transparency, and a genuine commitment to success have helped me foster long-term partnerships and drive real impact.  

 

I thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, solving complex problems, mentoring teams, and building relationships with key stakeholders. As a servant leader, I focus on empowerment, empathy, accountability, and visibility, ensuring my teams feel supported and equipped for success.
